Hoy despedimos el verano, y lo hacemos con esta casa  en la isla griega de Hydra .

Heute verabschieden wir uns vom Sommer, und das machen wir mit diesem Haus auf der griechischen Insel Hydra.

Frisch und modern, ein perfektes Beispiel wo das Traditionelle mit dem Modernen integriert wurde, in einem Raum in der die Realität die Einfachheit der wahren Eleganz ist.

Eine Finca auf Mallorca // A "finca" on Mallorca // Una "finca" en Mallorca

In diesem alten Bauernhaus auf der Insel Mallorca vermischte die Agentur UXUS die atemberaubende Natur der Insel, mit der Architektur des Gebäudes des XIII Jahrhundert sowie einem renoviertem Interieur, dekoriert in rustikal feinen Stil

Details wie die natürlichen Felsen mit dem lackiertem Kopfteil im Schlafzimmer, die unterschiedlichen Stühle im Speisesaal und die Einrichtung mit eklektischem Geschmack zeichnen die Persönlichkeit in diesem Haus aus.
Das Ergebniss ist anspruchsvoll und dennoch komfortabel und entspannend, das uns den Mund offen stehen lässt.

Was denken Sie?

This old farmhouse sourroundings of the island of Mallorca, miscellaneous the agency UXUS the architecture of the building belonging to the XIII century and a renovated interior, decorated in a rustic-refines sense.

Details like the naturale rock and the painted headboard in the bedroom, the unequal set of chairs in the dining room and furnishings eclectic taste add personality to that home.
The result is sophisticated, comfortable and relaxing, wich has left us with an open mouth.

Esta antigua masía malloquina, la agencia UXUS  ha mezclado el impresionante entorno natural de la isla de Mallorca, la arquitectura del edificio perteneciente al s.XIII y un interior renovado, decorado con un sentido rústico-depurado.

Detalles como la roca natural y el cabecero pintado en el dormitorio, el conjunto de sillas desiguales en el comedor y el mobiliario de gusto ecléctico aportan personalidad a la casa.

El resultado es un ambiente sofisticado pero  a la vez cómodo y relajante, que nos ha dejado con la boca abierta.

Vor ein paar Tagen hat Sie uns mit dem Bergdorf Goodman Schaufenster atemlos gelassen und heute lässt Sie uns wieder wortlos mit Ihrem Haus und Atelier in Brooklyn.

Sie gilt als das beste Schaufenster Designerin von New York, lebt und arbeitet in einer ehemaligen Fabrik, eingerichtet im Stil des "Dirty Chic".

A few days ago she left us amazed with the Bergdorf Goodman Showcase, today again she let us open-mouthed with her home and studio in Brooklyn.

She is at the moment the best Jet Designer of New York, lives and works in a home - studio decorated in the style of "dirty chic".

Hace sólo unos días  nos dejó alucinados con su escaparate para Bergdorf Goodman y hoy vuelve a dejarnos con la boca abierta en su casa-taller de Brooklyn.

La que es considerada la mejor escaparatista de Nueva York vive y trabaja en una antigua fábrica decorada al más puro estilo "dirty chic".

Das Haus Ihrer Träume // The house of her dreams // La casa de sus sueños

Als Christina diesen Ort zum ersten Mal besuchte wusste Sie, es war das Haus von dem Sie immer geträumt hatte.
Eine sehr langsame Rehabilitation hat es erlaubt den lebendigen Geist dieses Hauses, konstruiert im Jahre 1925, und seiner ehemaligen Besitzer zu erhalten:
Sie hat die ursprünglichen Tapeten bewahrt, die Holzfenster wurden sorgfältig restauriert und sogar die Möbel wurden auf Flohmärkten und bei Antiquitätenhändler erworben.
Und Sie, haben sie bereits das Haus Ihrer Träume gefunden?

When Christina first visited this place she knew it, this was the house that she always dreamed of.
A very slow rehabilitation allowed to keep the spirit of her house and her former owner alive, built in 1925.
She have kept the original wallpapers, the wood windows have been carefully restored and even the furniture has been purchased at flea markets and antique shops in the area.
And you've already found the home of your dreams?

Cuando Christina visitó por primera este lugar comprendió que era la casa con la que siempre había soñado.

Un lenta y muy pensada rehabilitación le ha permitido mantener vivo el espíritu de esta casa construida en 1925 y el de su antigua propietaria:

Se han mantenido los papeles pintados originales, se han restaurado cuidadosamente las ventanas de madera e incluso los muebles han sido adquiridos en rastros y anticuarios de la zona.
